Kiribati Boxing will host its upcoming tournament this Friday and Saturday at the Kiribati National Youth Council (KNYC) maneaba.
President of Kiribati Boxing, Andrew Kometa, told Radio Kiribati News that all boxers are welcome to participate in the tournament.
Kometa said the event will also serve as a selection ground for national squad members aged 19 and above, who will represent Kiribati at the upcoming Oceania Games in Tahiti.
The official weigh-in will take place at the Bikenibeu Boxing Club from 7am to 9am on the morning of the tournament.
